With a background as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, I’ve spent almost 10 years in the wellness world and ultimately found my true passion behind the scenes.
Now, I combine industry insight with marketing know-how and administrative expertise to bridge the gap between practitioners and the people who need them most. In a digital space full of noise, I’m here to help you show up clearly, confidently, and authentically.
A FEW FUN FACTS ABOUT ME
MY JOURNEY INTO MARKETING FOR NATUROPATHIC AND HOLISTIC PRACTITIONERS
During the pandemic. Like so many others, I found myself at a crossroads. I had just closed my in-person yoga business, and while I was still supporting nutrition clients virtually, something didn’t feel aligned. Most of the patients coming to me were focused solely on weight loss, and deep down, I knew I was meant to do something more.
That’s when I came across a job posting for a Virtual Assistant role working with Naturopathic Doctors. I applied on instinct, and that decision changed everything.
Over the next few years, I worked closely with holistic health practitioners, helping behind the scenes with administrative tasks and gradually taking on more marketing responsibilities. What started as support work quickly evolved into a true passion.
I realized my deeper mission: to help connect women with healthcare providers who genuinely care. Practitioners who take time, listen, and treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

When I first started working with Naturopathic Doctors and holistic health practitioners, I noticed a common theme: so many of them were incredible at what they did, but completely overwhelmed when it came to marketing themselves online, and managing the administrative side of their practices.
At first, I didn’t fully understand the struggle until I experienced a version of it myself. When I transitioned from running my yoga business to working virtually, I found myself staring at a blank screen, unsure how to show up online.
I knew I had something valuable to offer, but figuring out how to communicate that and how to reach the right people without burning out or sounding salesy was exhausting.
Then I started working closely with Naturopaths. I saw amazing practitioners, compassionate, smart, deeply intuitive still getting lost in the noise because they didn’t have the time, energy, or clarity to market themselves or manage their growing administrative workload. They were inconsistent online, unsure what to post, and attracting the wrong kinds of patients, or worse, hardly any at all.
The truth is, being a great practitioner doesn’t automatically translate into online visibility, smooth operations, or a thriving practice.

When I first started working behind the scenes with Naturopathic Doctors and holistic practitioners, I saw it right away: these brilliant, caring professionals were struggling to show up consistently online. Their marketing felt forced, confusing, or completely neglected, and many were bogged down by administrative tasks that left little time or energy for growth.
I related deeply because I had been there, too. During my own transition out of my yoga business and into virtual work, I felt directionless. I knew I had something to offer, but I didn’t know how to communicate it clearly, or in a way that felt aligned and authentic.
I realized I wasn’t the only one struggling with this. That’s why I decided to shift my focus and build a business specifically designed to support Naturopaths and wellness practitioners with marketing and admin systems that actually work and feel good to implement.
